Comuna Cantina Albert Lane has reduced their operating costs with the instalment of Frylow!

Venue Manager, Jessica McCloskey was keen on the benefits of the Frylow system as she is always looking for ways to improve kitchen efficiencies and reduce operating costs. Jessica said, “The Frylow system has been a great success at Comuna Cantina Albert Lane and we are anticipating reducing our oil cooking costs by up to $7,000 per year.  Using the Frylow system has not only saved our team time and money, it has improved the flavour and crispiness of the food being served.  We’ve had great feedback from our customers.”

Comuna Cantina is all about South American street food and offer a range of tacos, burritos, quesadillas and a full cocktail and bar menu. They are expanding with the launch of their new site in Everton Park in August 2019.
